Passionate about driving sustainable territorial development through spatial analysis and strategic planning. With a strong background in Geography, Economics, and Public Administration, my focus is on applying Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for informed decision-making, comprehensive project management, and stakeholder engagement to achieve lasting positive impact.

I have successfully led investment and development projects, from contractor supervision and preliminary study structuring to managing productive, social, and environmental projects. My experience includes socio-environmental diagnosis and characterization, with an emphasis on governance, the impact of armed conflict on strategic ecosystems, and the articulation of environmental and territorial planning instruments.

Additionally, I have experience in quality management systems, the implementation of the MIPG statistical management policy, and internal audits of Statistical Operations, ensuring compliance with technical and operational standards. My skills in designing socio-spatial research, analyzing qualitative, quantitative, and spatial data, and drafting technical reports enable me to effectively communicate results to diverse audiences.
